About Us

Summer Camp Orange County is well known as Town & Country Summer Day Camp and is located in Orange County California at the end Westminster and start of Huntington Beach. It starts from mid June until early September.

Camp Hours:

6:30 A.M – 6:00 P.M. Monday – Friday starting June 15 through August 28, 2020. Our “Full Day” program runs from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and our “Short Day” program runs Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00pm.

Grouping:

Campers are grouped according to their chronological age

Camp Dress:

Play clothes, closed toe shoes, and camp T-shirt are required.

Equipment Necessary:

Backpack, swimming suit, towel, sunscreen, hat. Please do not bring expensive toys to camp and please label all personal items.

Lunch:

Bring a sack lunch and drink.

The Programs:

Each week has been carefully planned for your grade school child! The fun-filled activities include field trips, games, water play, crafts, outdoor -cooking, dress-up days, field sports, archery, skating, pony rides, and swimming.

Swimming

Each child is given swimming instruction by certified water safety instructors. Recreational swimming is available daily at the campground pool.

Staff

Our staff spend many hours with your child. Town & Country Summer Day Camp staff training program is designed to meet the special needs of grade school children. Site directors and leaders have 20 years of teaching and administrative experience and is also trained in child development, positive discipline, crafts and games, songs, curriculum planning and building children’s self esteem.

Summer Camp Orange County Day Camp Grounds

Town & Country Summer Day Camp covering 2 1/2 acres, has its own facilities and camp grounds, located at 14203 Willow Lane, near Westminster Blvd. and Springdale Ave.
